I think that you are correct, as well as the fact that romances feel unfinished. If they aren't going to do a dlc to complete that arc then we should at least get an ending cinematic with our LI at the end. There's just...nothing.
At least some codex entries, not that we could read them because the end of the game dumps you right back to the starting screen.
Just one more thing to make me feel bitter about this experience.
