Dragon Age Veilguard PC (serious stutter and frame drops every 5 seconds)

There is definitely a bug or something. I have downgraded every Graphics setting to Low, turned every effect off, changed from 1440p 60fps down to 1080p 30fps and I get stutter about every 5 seconds. I have followed every YouTube video, I have updated BIOS, I have tried a Nexus Mods registry change to increase the PC performance, I have tried all suggestions and nothing works, I also have the latest NVidia driver. I have a machine with Windows 11, an i7 11700k processor, 16GB of RAM, 1TB SSD, and an RTX 4080 SUPER GPU. It seems several people are experiencing this. Please take a look and release a patch soon.

    I feel I need to make ppl aware that on a 4080 Super 16GB

    When everything is maxed including the Fade touched settings

    Vram becomes an issue once you apply Frame generation...

    I get very low FPS Drops at times at 4K, the game runs fine apart from this setting

    I think the game is not properly optimized for the 16GB vram being allocated ?
