Why are the characters so ugly?
Is it the art style they went with? It's honestly kind of horrific. Not just with the NPCs, but the character creator as well.

My wild guess is that you bought the game to write some negative reviews and in desperate attempt to find something to complain about you missed the deadline for refund. I never seen any one to play a game which doesn't like (except if they are paid to do so). I have a few games in library which I don't like so, just as simple as that, I don't play them. Also don't complain about that either. It's called common sense.
