Accessibility Options (visual)

Beautiful game so far, but the BIGGEST issue I've come to is looking at the skill tree at all is nauseating due to those sparkle effects. Would having an opaque colour instead of sparkles be an option to have? It is very hard to do anything and would love to just have the option to toggle that off.
