I bought it in pre-sale and until now I haven't been able to play it due to the AUDIO CRACKLING BUG.
4 patches and 1 month have passed and simply nothing has been done. We are not talking about a visual bug, a balancing bug or a basic modification, but rather an error that prevents the game from working completely.
If EA Games/BioWare don't have the ability to solve problems, give up your career and give up the game too.
Your incompetence was enough to completely sink a franchise with many fans all over the world.
All I want now is to know how I can get my money back, and I will even look for the administrative entities in my country so that I can resolve this problem.
