DAV light bleed/bloom issue

I’m having an issue with excessive light bleed or bloom when playing DAV on an Xbox x console. All lights appear almost blinding and obscure everything around them including enemies and Rook. Some areas of high magic even have a disco ball effect. No other games exhibit this issue. I have turned off bloom, set display both as low and as high as possible, and uninstalled/reinstalled several times to no avail. I’ve also had the occasional crash when more lights are present. Anyone else having this problem?
