I have no chest that spawns to get my DLC. Same thing that happens with the Pre order items and deluxe edition items!!!

Hey, Rooks I wanted to drop in and provide a small update on this issue.There are two issues right now that I am reviewing with some higher-ups that need to be addressed1. Pre-order and Deluxe edition content not showing up in the game or being locked.2. Rooks Weapon and Armor appearance set being claimed and not unlocking in the game. I did some digging into accounts and spoke with some folks about this. They are going to look into this and figure out what we can do for the players who should have this content. I know it has been a while for some players and it is frustrating for sure, but for the moment, we have to give it a bit more time to see what can be done.Please note: Live Support cannot resolve this one for players. If you create a case, they will more than likely direct you here, so I don't want players wasting time with cases that won't go anywhere. I didn't get a chest to open, the weapons are showing in the wardrobe but same as the pre order items and the deluxe items they are locked as if the game doesn't recognise I have them. Been onto live chat and they a logging it as a bug, not holding my breath considering this has been an issue since day 1. All the the other items are also still locked despite this being another new character I created to test it ... sigh!

Yes we were told to raise it here to be resolved so if EA Shepard isn’t available then surely someone else should be picking it up, it’s almost 8 months with no resolution.

Rubyrue791 It can make a difference. Not always. I do it because my SSD is an OS drive. You can test it and reinstall it to the same drive but don't think it will change much. As long as the install of the game and content are all on the same drive.

Uninstalled it and reinstalled it

Created numerous new characters
Not skipped any of the prologue dialogue scenes
Not using any mods
Played offline.

The items are showing the wardrobe but they are locked along with the items from the deluxe edition and pre-order, it's as if the game doesn't recognise that I have them.

Can you send me a full screen screenshot of your wardrobe showing the items are locked?

I can go back to previous save files and the items will show as locked. But my most current save it doesn't show any locked items and they are not in the wardrobe at all.
And here it is showing they are installed.

When you installed the EA app or Steam - whichever you play it through - Do you have the platform and game both installed on an SSD or HDD?

For example: Do you have the platform on an SSD and the game on an HDD or vice versa?

I have only an SSD drive on my computer, and I use the EA app to play the game.
