Dragon Age: The Veilguard Rook’s Weapons Appearance Offer
I have no chest that spawns to get my DLC. Same thing that happens with the Pre order items and deluxe edition items!!!

I have tried all the things mentioned above and unfortunately nothing has worked, I also have:
Repaired the game
Uninstalled it and reinstalled it
Deleted in game saves, files in %USERPROFILE%\Documents\BioWare\Dragon Age The Veilguard and %PROGRAMFILES%\EA Games\Dragon Age The Veilguard
Created numerous new characters
Not skipped any of the prologue dialogue scenes
Not using any mods
Played offline.
The items are showing the wardrobe but they are locked along with the items from the deluxe edition and pre-order, it's as if the game doesn't recognise that I have them.

Can you send me a full screen screenshot of your wardrobe showing the items are locked?
I can go back to previous save files and the items will show as locked. But my most current save it doesn't show any locked items and they are not in the wardrobe at all.
And here it is showing they are installed.

Same it looks amazing, especially for a Tevinter mage Rook.
Would definitely use the blood dragon armor if I can get it to work though haha.

Rubyrue791 That is perfect thank you. Have a meeting about it soon so they are aware and looking into it. I've tested it myself, and it happens to me, so it's definitely an issue I can repro, thankfully.
