Dragon Age Veilguard crashing
I am having a lot of problems with Veilguard. Sometimes I click the start to begin playing and it starts up and the screen goes to the black screen right before the character scrawl and it just stops...

It was branded as not used when I bought it on Amazon. And I did research and it said the RX 580 was a still a good GPU for gaming on several websites that I checked out. I did the DDU thing and going to try to see if it works now.
It's still a fine GPU, no doubt about it. It was just important to know if it had been used for almost seven years.
