Have you gotten your DLC " preorder and deluxe " content working yet?

In case you have not seen this thread topic, thank you for all your help so far, but it appears that the same issue I had before has reoccured
Some entitlement errors occur even for EA App users on PC who do not have active EA Play Subs.
I have spoken to Live EA Chat, and game / DLC content is only credited to an EA Account once
Pre-order "Blood Dragon Armor" DLC => Entitlement Standalone purchase in EA App
Deluxe DLC=> Entitlement Standalone purchase in EA App or active EA Play Sub
Base Game => Entitlement Standalone purchase in EA App or active EA Play Sub
I agree with you from the points you made in another thread topic that the scenario of having an active EA Play sub in the logged-in account to the EA App on PC will cause entitlement issues.
I can confirm that I do not have any active EA Play. Would it be possible for someone to check my entitlements and reset them on my account?

Hi and no I still have no access to the DLC I paid for. The pre order and deluxe edition items have not showed up in my game despite them being installed.
This issue has gotten so ridiculous. It’s been almost 3 months and still no fix. How insane is that? This should have been a high priority as people are not receiving what they have paid for. This is actually a very serious issue and many countries have laws against this.
