Hi and no I still have no access to the DLC I paid for. The pre order and deluxe edition items have not showed up in my game despite them being installed.
This issue has gotten so ridiculous. It’s been almost 3 months and still no fix. How insane is that? This should have been a high priority as people are not receiving what they have paid for. This is actually a very serious issue and many countries have laws against this.

Does the chest currently show up?
Do you see content in the chest?
Do you see the content in the wardrobe in the Rook room?
Have you downloaded any Mods for the game, for example, Nexus Mods?
The same is happening to me, one character the chest did spawn but the preorder content and deluxe content are all showing as locked in the wardrobe. A character I've just created today to see if it would work, the chest hasn't spawned in the infirmary at all and I don't get the notice that bonus items have been added. I haven't skipped any dialogue and I don't have any mods.

Still no chest, I'm on to my firth character, out of all of them it's only appeared once and even then all the items were locked in the wardrobe.
No it still has not been resolved. I'm still on my first playthrough as I stopped playing because of this issue.
Does the chest currently show up? No (It did show up once randomly but there was nothing inside of it.)

As of Patch 5 I am still having this issue where Deluxe Armors for Rook are showing as locked in Wardrobe.
Community Managerwexxam can you start another playthrough for me and test it? It can be random, and you can delete it later; we just need to test it out.
Hi I did 3 more characters and it never showed up when I got to the lighthouse. I hope this can help.
