Community ManagerThank you for the information on this one. I know it has been a bit, but we are following up on this one. Has the issue been resolved with you? Did the deluxe content show up, or did you start a new playthrough and the content still show up missing?
Does the chest currently show up?
Do you see content in the chest?
Do you see the content in the wardrobe in the Rook room?
Have you downloaded any Mods for the game, for example, Nexus Mods?
The same is happening to me, one character the chest did spawn but the preorder content and deluxe content are all showing as locked in the wardrobe. A character I've just created today to see if it would work, the chest hasn't spawned in the infirmary at all and I don't get the notice that bonus items have been added. I haven't skipped any dialogue and I don't have any mods.

Still no chest, I'm on to my firth character, out of all of them it's only appeared once and even then all the items were locked in the wardrobe.
