[EA App][PC] Preorder & Deluxe items not unlocking no chest issue back again

Hi I did not want to start another post about this, but I am no longer getting the chest to spawn on my first visit to the lighthouse. I even waited to see if it would spawn later in the first ...

No it still has not been resolved. I'm still on my first playthrough as I stopped playing because of this issue. 

Does the chest currently show up? No (It did show up once randomly but there was nothing inside of it.)
Do you see content in the chest? No
Do you see the content in the wardrobe in the Rook room? Yes - but it is showing up as locked.
Have you downloaded any Mods for the game, for example, Nexus Mods? No

    As of Patch 5 I am still having this issue where Deluxe Armors for Rook are showing as locked in Wardrobe.

      Yeah me as well. They are still working on this issue.
