Community Managerwexxam That is unfortunate. Thank you for letting me know. I let the team know and they have the accounts so they are taking a look into this not showing up. At the moment we have to wait. Do you have the option to install it on another machine to see if the content pops up? Sometimes files get corrupted and I would like to see if logs read the same and the same chest just doesn't pop up. If you don't its okay, I'm curious to see what happens.
No sadly I do not but I have a feeling this issue may just be account bound as I also get the "renew EA play" popup every now and then. I think this may have something to do with this issue.
If you are able to keep us up to date on the progress of this issue that would be great as I just installed the last patch and after reading the patch notes it looks like there won't be many other patches coming. Please don't forget us I really want to finish this game.
Also do you have any idea if they have looked into my save file to see if it shows up for them or not?
