Game Breaking Bug - PS5
I have been playing DA:V on PS5 for around 45 hours so far but this bug started when I first launched the game. I was unable to get through character creation and it crashed multiple times. At this time I had my EA account connected. I then took the following steps:
Powered off the PS5
Unplugged the AC cord
Connected the AC cord
Booted the PS5 into Safe Mode
Cleared the cache
Restarted the console
Started the game
It got a little farther and crashed
Powered off the PS5
Unplugged the AC cord
Connected the AC cord
Booted the PS5 into Safe Mode
Cleared the cache
Rebuilt the database
Restarted the console
Started the game
It got a little farther and into the game for about an hour and crashed
Power cycled the PS5
It got a little farther and into the game for a couple of hours and crashed
Deleted the game after making sure the online save was up to date
Power cycled the PS5
Reinstalled the game - 1

It continued to crash and was stating that there was a PS5 system software error
I ensured my PS5 was up to date with the latest system software and it was (and always is since I have auto updates enabled)
Powered off the PS5

Booted the PS5 into Safe Mode
Cleared the cache
Rebuilt the database
Restarted the console
Started the game
I played for a good several hours and saved and closed the game
New play session
I played for about 5 minutes and it crashed

I played for about an hour, it loaded a cutscene and was missing assets and crashed

After about the 6th restart of the game the EA Account finally gave me the opportunity to disconnect it and I disconnected it
Powered off the PS5

Restarted the console

I will try again today to see if I can get the game to run but this is ridiculous needs to be addressed immediately.
