Heart of Corruption note can be a spoiler for Hosberg

A small in-game spoiler issue. Basically, if you complete Heart of Corruption before the big Hosberg battle (hard but possible with the right help), the Taash Talks note you find mentions the events of Hosberg, which haven't happened yet for the player.
