I’m currently having an issue where companion dialogue during fights seems to be bugged. I haven’t had any at all for a solid 10+ hours of gameplay now and nothing I’ve tried, like rebooting the game and console, has brought it back. It seemed to start around the time I locked in Emmrich’s romance, as I heard his romance specific fight dialogue once and then I’ve had nothing from any of the companions since then.
Possibly related issue; after locking in at "Falling Hard" with Neve, I was getting combat dialogue with all characters, including Emmrich, but I wasn't getting the romance-specific combat dialogue from Neve. In a previous playthrough before patch 4, she'd say things like "That's my kind of Trouble". In this playthrough, she's continued to say the non-romance combat dialogue like "Nice shot, Rook".
Since reaching "Permanent Trouble" in the romance arc, I'm not getting any congratulatory combat dialogue from companions during Tearstone Island or later in Minrathous during the final assault. I don't remember whether that was the case in previous playthroughs, but it's noticeable. They do still call out ranged attackers and directional warnings.

Community ManagerFollowing up on this one. Which console are you playing on? Have the companions started using dialogue with each other since you have been playing? Is it only during enemy encounters when there is no dialogue?
Have you swapped companions to see if those dialogues start happening during battles?
