No DLC items chest?

I assure you it does. like I’ve said my very first character the chest was right there, opened it up the DLC items were all in there. It’s only been my new character. The chest isn’t even there to open.

Replied earlier just adding an update! Potentially not a permanent fix but something!

I came back this morning after having closed out the game completely (closed the application, turned my Xbox off, everything) and the promo items are back!

The game connects to the online services when you start it so I think it just needs to reconnect! Hopefully this helps someone!

It's still not working. 

We need a hot fix for this!! This is insane.

Created a third hero and still nothing.

It looks like on the Xbox platform it is working. I noticed after quitting the game and reopening it, it connected to the services and downloaded the info again. Found chests near the spirit vendor at the lighthouse and they had materials for the DLC appear.

The chest near the spirit vendor is the N7 day stuff not the pre order or deluxe items DLC. 

I'm happy the N7 stuff worked for me but I'm still missing the pre order and deluxe stuff even though they are installed.

FYI: Still not working with Patch 2.
