Same, this is very disappointing. What is worse is there was no indication of this happening across all reviews I've watched and read, and there's radio silence and no acknowledgement from Bioware on this issue. Will be requesting for a refund.
I dont think this will get fixed, they'll run you through their possible fixes(none thatll work) then tell you it must be your console(which only happens with their games). Im not one to go around calling game companies garbage but eas really taking the cake
