We must be fade-sensitive considering how much "ghosting" they have been doing.
I talked to customer support last night and they said they were aware of the issue but the conversation was absolutely awful and didn't inspire confidence that the issue was being communicated properly from customer service -> dev team.
I feel like people would be less frustrated if they could see a thread/post/tweet/whatever from a dev saying "Hey, we are aware of the crashing. We are looking into it currently."
Because the other part of that is that if the dev team needs more info on the crashes, there is no place for that information to be centralized. Which means you are dependent on the information that people are going out of their way to provide.
