Regrets of the Dread Wolf - Invisible Wall not fixed after Patch 5

Hi - I encountered the invisible wall glitch for Regrets of the Dreadwolf when I first started playing the game (late December). Initially I was after to progress into this area and fight enemies, but the gates wouldn't open. I reloaded my save and decided to come back to the quest later, but after coming back to the area I ran into the invisible wall issue.

I've since updated the game to Patch 5 (on Jan 23) but I am still having the same issue. I also cannot save my game when in the invisible wall area - not sure what this impacts. See attached images for the wall / menu screen - also attached are my save files and DxDiag reports (I am playing on PC).

 I've tried some fixes seen elsewhere on the forums (jumping into pit outside wall area, waiting extended periods of time etc. as seen here:  https://steamcommunity.com/app/1845910/discussions/0/4630357120384021045/ and Regrets Of The Dreadwolf Invisible Wall | EA Forums - 5052844 ). I know there are a lot of posts on this issue but figured I'd report my issue as well as I haven't seen on post patch 5. 

I really don't want to miss out on story or lock myself out of an ending, and my last save close to activating this quest is pretty far back. Otherwise I am enjoying the game a lot, but would really like a permanent fix for this issue.
