Rogue stuck on basic attack after evasive maneuvre

Playing as a rogue and when I attempt to do the evasive maneuvre which on controller is B, B and X (so dodge, dodge, attack) my character gets stuck repeating a charged attack over and over and it doesn't stop until I restart the game. Can confirm this happens whether I use controller or keyboard and it's not a hardware issue.
