Strand Hair issue

Patch 1: Issue still present

Just tried with the patch 2 in case something change. The problem still persist.

Is there a way to know if the devs acknowledeged this issue/will work on it?

Right now I'm waiting to start my playthrough because of this issue. I really want to play with strand hair ON since it should make it look so much better.

I just tried out Patch 3, and it looks like it's mostly solved! I had some minor FSR flickering in smaller complex portions of hair, but it seems primarily resolved in the small time I spent in the character creator

With Patch 3 (No upscaler enabled) :

With Patch 3, AMD FSR set to quality : 

With patch 3, Intel Xess set to Ultra Quality (same resolution scaling than AMD FSR quality mode) : 

I will now plan to start my playthrough and see which upscaler between Intel or AMD is better for image quality/performance. (Will let you guys know if there some big difference) 

Happy that the devs seems to have mostly fix this issue. Maybe the rest is on AMD driver side, who knows.
