Strand Hair issue

Got the same problem a lot of hair artifacting/flickering with strand hair ON. Tried with AMD FSR on and OFF got the same problem.

Mine setup : 32GB RAM, RX 7900 XTX (driver version 24.10.1, official latest release), Ryzen 7 5700x3D

Hope they can find a fix for this quickly because it make the new hair tech unusable for me. Way too much distracting 

I’m having the same problem, it’s extremely distracting. 7900xt, everything fully up to date.

Edit: Also tried the beta version (24.20.19.05) and no difference.

Same problem with 32GB RAM, RX 7900 XTX, Ryzen 7 5800X3D. I tried the latest stable AMD driver (24.10.1) and the beta driver that added Veilguard support (24.20.19.05); neither fixes the issue.

Same thing happens to me too only in areas with light RX 7900 XTX, Ryzen 7 7800X3D. I have tried AMD driver (24.10.1) and the beta driver did not fix the issue. It's really annoying.

Same issues happening here. Everything is updated

7900GRE AMD GPU

First patch is out for the game. Will be able to check out if the problem still there and let you guys know. (in about 7-8 hours from now)

Just check if the patch fix the situation and no. The problem still persist. Here all the test I did :

• Without any upscaler
• With and without vsync
• With AMD upscaler set to quality
• With Intel upscaler, tried the last two highest quality settings.
• Tried fullscreen and window borderless.

Just in case its again needed, here's my setup : 32GB RAM, RX 7900 XTX (driver version 24.10.1, official latest release), Ryzen 7 5700x3D, Win 11, BIOS Updated. 

Really hope the devs will see this because it make the strand hair option unusable.
