The Labs Below mission won't start

I can't start the mission The Labs Below.  I have attached a clip of my failed attempt.  I tried to upload the video as an attachment but it failed so I made a youtube video https://youtu.be/gpNwWi5e...

FreehandmartC Wanted to follow up on this one and see if you were still having an issue with The Labs Below mission?

I sent over the video as I had a couple of others report the same.

Did you try reloading a previous save file and see if you were able to start it?
Has it happened on any other playthroughs?

Patch 5 came out today and this is still bugged😒
