See title. This was not an issue I was having whatsoever before the N7 Day patch, but after patch my ultimate keeps sneakily resetting to the default one instead of my specialization ultimate. It does seem to help if I swap between the two a few times when I notice it's reset, but it does eventually happen again. Restarting the game client can also temporarily resolve it, but has the same eventual recurrence.

When refunding/adding new skill points to the skill tree reset the ultimate to Flashing Fists. Changing/adding skill points to Companions reset it to Flashing Fist too.
Also tested with Fast Travels, but it doesnt reset my Ultimate then.
Yeah, it has happen many times for my champion too! And now i'm at a boss with lots of enemies and i wanted to try the ability to burn em all. But nope, i started jumping around and into the ground. Lame ultimate.
I never get to use my ability when i really want to use it when theres alot of enemies, to test it out. 😡
Anyway, love the game so much. It's rare that a game gets me hooked and just pulls you in like that and you only want to play that game.
I play on hardest difficulty, i find it easy now at this stage in the game. So i can't wait to unlock the even harder difficulty.
But they need to fix this dumb bug that annoys the heck out of me. :-(((

I am having this issue as well, driving me insane.
Now I know I'm not crazy. Keeps happening, and I don't notice like until I'm using it in an important battle. It does it randomly, as I used one on a quest, and it switched during that same quest. Can't blame resetting skills, as I've not done that once.
Also having this problem. Playing on Xbox Series X.
Same here. I can get it to trigger simply by looking at my skill tree.
