Unable to install from disc - Series X

I am completely unable to install the game on my Series X from the discs.

I have spent 45 minutes with the support team on a live chat and been through all of the troubleshooting, none of which has resolved the issue. The installation simply stops working at 2.3% (or 2.05GB) and will not proceed any further.

I have attempted multiple power cycles, removed persistent data from the blu-ray device, attempted the installation offline and online. My xbox firmware is up to date, all other devices are disconnected and all other games are fully closed and not sleeping.

No resolution has yet been offered. I was told to post in these forums for visibility. Very poor experience.
