Xbox Cosmetic Items Not Unlocking

Question

For reference I have Dragon Age Veilguard Deluxe on Xbox Series X
I'm on my second play through and keep having the same issue of certain cosmetic items not unlocking even after I have bought them from vendors or looted them from chests. They show on the screen with the star meeting it's a new item but they stay locked and I can't not wear them. Does anyone know why this is happening or how to fix this? Please see attached photo, thanks.

I have always had this issue on the PC version of game.&nbsp; Even on second play through.

DiMarie81 Wanted to follow up on this and see if any of the cosmetics have unlocked for you? Do you happen to have a save file from when you obtained any of them to test out to see if a previous save shows them unlocked?

If not that is okay. Also, can you Pick one that is locked, go to the vendor it was purchased from, and take a screenshot of that armor showing missing as if you purchased it?
