Advisor Chat

I recently submitted a case for compromised account. The email for the two step verification to link to my PlayStation account isn’t mine. I have had multiple “Advisors” take on my case but I was not notified when they entered the chat. Now I’m not getting an option for the chat now.. but my case says it’s waiting for player response.. 

anyone else having or had this issue.

  • Goodluck I’m having the exact same issue they literally expect you to start the chat and wait quite literally 8 hrs and 15 mins for an agent and if your not there at that time bam case closed, by far the worst customer service expirience I believe iv ever seen let alone heard.  Just bin the game unless u got a year or 2 to deal with these muppets

    I’m now trying to open another case with the same issue but now I get a “this issue isn’t supported by advisors” message.. chat won’t open on any device. I’ve had now 6 different agent “attempt” to help but not actually help at all.. really ridiculous terrible support system.
