Connection Failed...

I'm trying to play Battlefront 2 but it wont connect to the EA servers... When I checked the EA app it says and I quote "We couldn't connect you to other players. If the problem persists, try restarting the app." Ive restarted the app, deleted and reinstalled it, did troubleshoot on my internet and on the app and even contacted EA support and everything was futile WORTHLESS. Ive been here for hours trying to connect and there's nothing solving this issue. Just to be clear I have a 990 mb/s internet speed (1 Gig/s) should be WAY MORE than enough to connect to the EA servers also, I downloaded a game and opened it but of course I couldn't even connect to the servers meaning I couldn't play online which makes absolutely no sense, I asked the support guy if I was shadow banned he said that there's no records of me being banned in any way and then said I had to wait for the concern team to solve the issue.
