EA customer service is really terrible
Two years ago, my other EA account was hacked and my password was changed, and my email address was changed to an unfamiliar Russian email, which caused me to be unable to log in to my EA account properly or through the bound Steam account. At that time, I sought the help of EA's human customer service, but it seemed that the human customer service did not understand my meaning and closed the cases I submitted three times. As of now, after submitting a case in the EA Help Center, I will automatically be redirected to the help.ea.com homepage, and my request cannot be presented to human customer service. The most crucial issue is that my EA account is linked to my Steam account, which prevents me from logging into my EA account to unbind it and launching any EA games on Steam.
I just hope to retrieve the stolen EA account or unbind my Steam account from the stolen EA account, but the terrible EA customer service has not provided me with the help I need so far.
I hope EA can take this issue seriously and improve the EA customer service center, so that players can contact EA customer service more quickly and recover stolen EA accounts more quickly.
