EA customer service is really terrible

Two years ago, my other EA account was hacked and my password was changed, and my email address was changed to an unfamiliar Russian email, which caused me to be unable to log in to my EA account properly or through the bound Steam account. At that time, I sought the help of EA's human customer service, but it seemed that the human customer service did not understand my meaning and closed the cases I submitted three times. As of now, after submitting a case in the EA Help Center, I will automatically be redirected to the help.ea.com homepage, and my request cannot be presented to human customer service. The most crucial issue is that my EA account is linked to my Steam account, which prevents me from logging into my EA account to unbind it and launching any EA games on Steam.
I just hope to retrieve the stolen EA account or unbind my Steam account from the stolen EA account, but the terrible EA customer service has not provided me with the help I need so far.

I hope EA can take this issue seriously and improve the EA customer service center, so that players can contact EA customer service more quickly and recover stolen EA accounts more quickly.

     I'm sure that if they fail to address mine they are breaking the law.

    You're right, they need to comply with data deletion requests, so if they do not, speak to local consumer affairs people and law makers. If you feel you need to and can provide proof that they have not responded to your data deletion request, consult a lawyer.

    Hi, nice to meet you. They don't care about us and their favorite color is the currency of your country, in my case, green. You'll get absolutely nothing from them, except, "Sorry, click here, or try this." The only people they care about are part of their CN who provide hype and advertising that get people to give them more money. I'm not trying to be difficult, but it has been this way for a long time and will continue unless the entire gaming community stops playing their games. I gave up a game for a year but went back to it like an idiot. I am into the Sims Franchise for $1700 USD. They might take this down because I tell it like it is, but if you ask around the FIFA, Star Wars or Sims Franchise Communities, they will tell you the same. So play their games at your wallet's peril and NEVER let yourself think they will listen or care. You'll save yourself a lot of time, aggravation, heartache and money. Also, NEVER pre-order a game because they haven't properly playtested since 2009 when Will Wright (game designer) - Wikipedia left.

    Can I entrust you to provide suggestions to someone in a higher position: optimizing manual services, such as receiving emails from players from different countries? Although this may be inefficient, I believe it can help players better explain the problems they encounter and facilitate manual customer service to read.

    Unfortunately, I have tried what you said, but it did not work. After filling out the form, the webpage will redirect to the homepage of help.ea.com, and there is no dialogue box for manual customer service or any prompt. If I repeatedly submit the form, the webpage will keep going back to the homepage.

    My friend, although it's regrettable, I'm glad that you share the same thoughts as me. It turns out that EA has no intention of serving players. They just keep asking players to read the help manual, and they don't know how bad their service process is

    I can tell you from my own experience recently that EA customer support really is terrible. I can only assume they don't want to interact with us. This isn't unique to EA either. Most large companies these days see their customers as a nuissance.

    The option to speak to a human is somewhat hidden as they think their help articles will answer your question. However in my experience most people have undocumented problems with their EA account that are more complex than the articles describe.

    Very often their website doesn't function or behave in the way their articles say that it should.

    When you get through to a human they will almost certainly be a non-English speaking person who can only use their pre-stored responses to your messages. They'll use those responses even if they don't make sense and if you ask anything that can't be answered by a pre-stored response you're out of luck.

    I'm currently trying to get my EA account closed and my data deleted (right to be forgotten). Their help section explains how this can be done but in reality it seems quite impossible to achieve.

    I'm not sure about your issue but I'm sure that if they fail to address mine they are breaking the law.

    I'm sorry to hear you've been unable to contact EA Help Support. 

    If you're not getting the option to contact support via chat, can you please try: 

    1. Log in to your EA Account.
    2. Select the topic that best describes your issue. If an advisor can help, a contact option will be available under your help topic.
    3. Select Chat with us or Start chat.
    4. Fill in the contact form with your:
      • first name
      • last name
      • e-mail
      • platform
      • subject (a short description of your issue)
      • attachments (e.g. screenshots, documents, links).
    5. Select Send.
    6. A chat window will open when you’re transferred to an advisor.

    If the chat option doesn't show up, please try using a different browser or incognito mode.

    The manual customer service of EA Help Center is unable to have a conversation for most of the time. I don't know if this is my personal problem or if other players may also encounter it. At least for now, EA has not found this problem.
