Missing Territory Battle Rewards

I did not get Territory Battle Rewards for the TB completed 10/18.  I raised this issue in in-games EA help.  Not sure if the responses and inquiries in there were from bots.  I haven’t received any responses from them since the day I raised the issue.  I did not leave guild, so that is not the issue.  Any support is appreciated.  Thanks
