Inactive guild leader. Change request.

Our guild leader has been inactive for over 2140 days (yes, I know...). I am an officer still actively managing a best i can. Can someone change my account to leader.

I tried requesting through the Android app but it errored out on the bot and I couldn't see how to enter a ticket on the Web site..

Do you need anything else?

Contact EA support, explain what is happening, let them know you are an officer and give them your ally code.
Also, don’t share your player ID on the forum, just your ally code

Just an addition to chpMINIsolo's advice, but the officer who contacts EA support will become the new guild leader
