Credentials Expired Reset Password Invalid

Because not all of your live chats are working at the same time in all regions. So I changed many regions to try to get in touch with your advisors. I have authentication turned on. Email and authenticator verification. I'm chatting with your advisor. He lifted my EA ban. But because I changed the region and contacted your consultant. leading to being identified as being hacked. Now I can't log into EA he is restricted. Shows credential expired.
This is unreasonable. I haven't played APEX for more than 20 days. I couldn't bear it at all. Resetting the password doesn't help either

@lumiaobaou Sorry to hear you have been having some issues with this. With this error, it comes down to a few things.
Account banned
Account disabled
You are resetting the password to the wrong account which happens more for console users than PC users.However, if you are resetting the password to the correct EA account and you have confirmed it to be the correct one, you have to speak with live support. They can update the account on their end properly to get you back in.
I see you have spoken to them about the account but this is not a situation that we handle over the forums. Live Support is the one who can resolve these.
