    @lumiaobaou Sorry to hear you have been having some issues with this. With this error, it comes down to a few things.

    Account banned
    Account disabled
    You are resetting the password to the wrong account which happens more for console users than PC users.

    However, if you are resetting the password to the correct EA account and you have confirmed it to be the correct one, you have to speak with live support. They can update the account on their end properly to get you back in.

    I see you have spoken to them about the account but this is not a situation that we handle over the forums. Live Support is the one who can resolve these.

hi im having problems with my EA account, i had to create a new one to be able to chat with you guys, so i know my EA Account is linked to my ps4 psn which is INDICA_1997, i downloaded bf5 cuz i wanted to play it once again, it asked me that my login credentials were expired and i needed to reset password, once that was done i was told i would get a code sent through email, i still haven't received anything , can you please help me out here

Hey @x8ddb0o2w8bz That I am afraid is not something we can do no. We are not live support and we cannot verify ownership of an account. That would be something live support has to handle with players since they are the only ones who can verify ownership of the account.
