DLC and additional content
If I'll buy the main game on Steam and DLCs (or base game with dlcs) on Ea app and then start the game in Steam, will I have additional content from Ea app purchase in my game?

It'd be best to get your base game and DLCs on the same platform to minimize any compatibility friction. For example, if you prefer to manage your purchases through Steam, download the Sims 4 base game there and purchase your DLCs there as well. Thanks!
