EA App refund
Hey everyone, i bought the sims medieval game for Mac (triple checked this) , but when i went to the EA App it says it only works on windows and doesn’t let me download it. I have a macbook air m2 so i thought it wouldn’t have any problem running. But apparently it doesn’t. The problem now is I went to the refund tool page because if the game is unplayable there is no reason for me to leave it as is— but when I reach the point of selecting the refund method it gets stuck and doesn’t go any further. I tried restarting my pc, sign out and in again, changing the reason for the refund but nothing works. Also i cannot reach ea through emails to request said refund so… what can I do? It’s my first time purchasing on EA App so I have no idea how it works
I chose different topics, doesn't matter what i choose it gives me the option to either chat with them or email, in any case when i click on the bubble it just redirects me to the help.ea.com page without any pop up or anything :/ i honestly appreciate the help but i think i'll deem my 12euros as lost
