Email change

Same here! All it does is send you back into your account. Don't see any place to create a ticket/case number or connect with them.

I have the same issue and the link you send for chat just takes me to a page that forces me to search for an EA title. Nothing helpful there. Can’t seem to chat with anyone at that link. 

I have exactly the same problem. I've been trying to get this sorted out for hours now. I have the correct billing info. Both my xbox and Steam account are linked.  They're just denying everything.

You can't do anything, [Snip], even if you give them 100% correct info with billing info etc. They are denying my requests to change email that dont exist anymore, while im giving them all the correct info they ask.

Hello, I have the same situation and it's hard for me to remember the details because I registered Origin account a few years ago. I can offer my steam account linked to Origin and the bills I bought games on Origin, and something like Steam\Epic\Microsoft helped me changed email, are those helpful?

Because I am in China and I must use VPN to get help, I have tried several times through live support and I am really out of ways to prove the my account is mine.

This is killing me.

I sent message to EA Help on Twitter and until now I still have no ways to solve this situation, can you help me?

Thank you for the help- but the problem is that my old email was not verified. Therefore before being able to change anything under my account settings- it asks for the old email to be verified and then security codes are sent to that old email which does not exist anymore. How can I get past the security measure?
