Still not compatible?
EA Desktop doesn't support running games with CMD line args (which is a larger issue that not only affects modding games on the platform), so the only way is to set the modded datapath for the game in env variables.
Myself and a couple other modders made a batch file to enable/disable the env variable: https://pastebin.com/raw/JfudJp8Z (you can open any text editor such as notepad, paste this, and name it "anything".bat. By default it will be saved as a .txt file)

Yeah, not having CMD line args has completely broken Dragon Age: Inquision. Without command lines, big portions of the game are locked to 30 FPS.
