how to add old games to your computer library?

Ban for no reason , and no one answers me , they just close the case.

I have been banned on my account since 2016 and believe this is a mistake as I have never abused the policy and have spent money on FC points over the years. I want my account unlocked. I don't remember doing something that is against the policy, why should I do that when I have played on this account for years and I spent more than 10k$ on this game? Can someone help me and unlock it? If I did something wrong and I do not know, just tell me what I did and unlock the account , so I know to not do the same in the future? If my account is not unlocked I will not ever play this game , because I don't want to create another account and start from the beginning. I have had this account for more than 10 years.

I have tryed that. 

first installed app. and then tryed ¨redeem code¨

I have Command and Conquer generals + command and conquer generals zero hour.  + Command and conquer - The first decade. 

have tryed the cd keys from all of them.  

Hey ChiliKongArneDK​ -- for most of those games, you should be able to enter the CD key directly in the “Redeem Code” section of the EA app (you’ll need the app installed first).
