If you don't receive the verification code, make sure to check the following things first:
- your inbox isn’t full
- you checked the spam folder
- you or your service provider haven’t blocked us
- you’re logged in to the right EA Account (as in that case, the code might get sent to another email address)

Also make sure to check that you have changed the email address on your EA account to the new Microsoft email. It might be the case that you still have another email address linked there.
If you no longer have access to the email address linked to your EA account, please reach out to EA support.
