My EA Games Account Was Suddenly Closed Without Any Violations
On August 26th, I downloaded EA Sports FC25 through Xbox Game Pass. Before I even logged in to the game, I received an email informing me that my EA Games account had been banned. No information was provided as to which rule I had violated, and I didn't have any other EA Games games on my computer. I downloaded only this game on a brand new device, and my account was closed before I could even log in.
I emailed EA Games support about the issue, but received a negative response stating that my account would not be reactivated. Because the ban affects my entire EA Games account, I cannot download any other EA Games games through Xbox Game Pass. I also had no payments or subscriptions on my account.
Closing my account, even though I committed no violations and never even logged in to the game, is completely unfair. I demand that my account be reinstated and that I be compensated for my grievance so I can play other EA Games games. My username and email address are:[edit: email address removed]
