Hi I am pre loading EAFC 26 and it gets to 97% then shows this message, not sure what to do

Also, don’t forget to add both the game and the EA app to the exception list in your antivirus and firewall settings. Be sure to launch everything as an administrator.
I repaired 2013 and 2015 , when tried to install the newest one it gave me the same message "the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable"
