Purchasing Error

Hey @dontmachme03,

It might be an issue in your settings. Check if your region is set correctly and is the same region as for your payment option.

Region is correct.
I also tried the pay later with Klarna option and I receive the same error.

  @dontmachme03, what game are you trying to purchase?
  
  If you can, try connecting with a mobile hotspot instead of Wifi and see if the transaction goes through that way.
