Recovery email not being sent.
Hi,
I am trying to reset my password for my EA account as apparently I forgot it. However, whenever I ask for a recovery email nothing is sent. I have ensured that mailto:EA@e.ea.com is in my safe senders etc etc etc. I have created this account with an alternative email just to get onto the forums and try and fix the issue. This account however does not have any of my previous purchases on it.
TLDR
Cant reset password because verification email is not being sent.
