EA Help keeps blocking me from creating a case

My old twitch account got hacked so i had to link a new one to my EA account (which is why i need a agent to help me deal with this), but for some reason whatever the topic i choose im keep getting "The issue isn't supported by advisors". i tried everything including doing this in incognito mode or even using a vpn but nothing worked.

    nope it didn't work. still getting "The issue isn't supported by advisors" or im getting directed to EA Help main page without the case being made.

    Can you please confirm which browser you're using when this is happening? Did you also get the same error when trying to contact while logged out?

    Yeah your not gonna be able to contact anyone, by far the worst game company out there especially support wise.  I have the same issue, started out trying to chat for the last week waiting in que for hours, now they blocked chat support or something lol.  Great company

    I am also having this issue. I can’t create a “case”. It just continues to give the run around.
