False Ban – No Sanction Showing in EA Help / Unable to Submit Appeal (Javelin Anti-Cheat)
Hello everyone,
I’m creating this post because I’ve been banned for more than two weeks, and despite contacting EA Help multiple times, my issue still hasn’t been resolved.
I believe I’m the victim of a false positive from the Javelin Anti-Cheat system.
Here’s the full situation:
- My account is banned in-game, but when I check my Penalty History on EA Help, it shows that I have no active sanctions.
- Because of that, I can’t fill out the appeal webform — the system tells me my account is clean.
- I’ve contacted EA Support several times, but each time I’m redirected to the same links that don’t help.
- Every advisor tells me that “the issue will be fixed soon,” but after two weeks, nothing has changed.
- I’ve also seen other players on the forums facing the exact same issue.
I want to make it clear:
➡️ I have never cheated or used any third-party software.
➡️ My gameplay statistics clearly show fair play and normal performance.
➡️ I just want to play again and enjoy the game honestly.
At this point, I’m stuck — I can’t appeal, I can’t play, and I can’t get the Terms of Service team to review my case manually.
Please, if someone from EA or the moderation team sees this, could you escalate this issue or at least confirm that it’s being investigated?
