Account stuck in Invisible status

As the topic states, when starting up the EA App on my PC, my account shows me in Invisbile status. I've tried the App Recovery option within the app, I've tried running the App Recovery program in the EA folder on my PC, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app.  (as administrator as well). Nothing has worked.  Please fix my account or provide a solution. Also, tried to change status with BF2042 and it will not allow me to change status and I do not see any friends online (and they cannot see me either). Attachment shows my view within the app. Thanks.
