I use the app quite extensively, partially due to my job and partially to simply play the games in my free time, and have also asked around the team - as of now, this isn't a known issue, so thank you for bringing it to our attention.
I was asking you about other crashes as you said in your first post, that "this problem occurs randomly, if something crashes, you can't open the application with the game on the bar and other times it can."
I was referring to those crashes. So it's the EA app that crashes? Are you getting some kind of error message when it does? Does it crash in a game, or does it crash on its own? If it happens during a game, is it one specific game? Could you check in the task manager if the EA app or a game takes up a lot of the PCs functions? If the EA app crashes, it makes sense that you won't be able to open the game after, as the game is reliant on the EA app being open in order to play it. Therefore, the issue with the minimizing might have something to do with those crashes.
I would first recommend doing the app recovery in the EA app - you can find that when you click on the three lines in the upper left corner and then go to "Help".
Can you tell me something about why there is no FPS counter, frame per second counter in this app? Are you going to add it, do you know anything about it? There was such a counter in the ORIGIN application. It's a nice addition and I'm sure a lot of people will find it useful. And a practical matter because it's not a bug, it's just an EA app that just doesn't have this function. Why can't I see what my friend is playing? I mean, I can see what game he is playing, but in ORIGIN I saw what mode he is playing, for example, conquest, breakthrough, frontline ... and I saw because it wrote what map the friend is playing specifically, it is not here. And the second thing, you can't join a friend from the application, you can only join a friend from the game and in ORIGIN you could join the game from the application and send him an invitation in the same way. In my opinion, this is a step backwards from ORIGIN. We are in the 2020s and there is no FPS counter in the application, I can't see what mode my friend is playing, what map he is playing, I can't send him an invite or join him. To me it's strange that old ORIGIN had it, and the new app should probably have more useful features or at least it should keep all the ORIGIN features and this app has less features than the old ORIGIN. Can you tell me why is that?

if it happens again, try to repair the game and do the App Recovery, and send a message again.
As to the feedback and requests, I cannot say what will or will not be added in the future. The EA app team is listening to the community and is planning to add improvements to it over time. That is all I can say at the moment, and further improvements and information about the app will be communicated as they are revealed.

- 3 years ago@EA_Pythia Recovering the application or repairing the game does nothing. The thing happens randomly, yesterday this problem happened again. When I was in the game and dropped the game to the taskbar I couldn't open the application again. My colleagues have the same. I've had the app since March 1 and it's already kicked me out of the game twice saying "connection to game session lost". And it's not the fault of the Internet, because you're about to start writing like that, because I know the computer better than you, but this application is to blame. If once a year it happens to me that I don't have the Internet for 5 minutes, a different message pops up, namely this. "Connection to EA servers has been lost, online features will be unavailable. Please try again. For more information, see ea.com/unable-to-connect." I'm writing this to you so that you don't leave me right away that my Internet doesn't work because my Internet works perfectly. I'm telling you again, I've been playing BFV since March 2019, I have over 4000 hours in it and I know and seen various "behaviors" of this game and during this time using ORIGIN something like this happened to me maybe once and I've had this application for 9 days I've crashed the game twice with the message "Lost connection to game session". 99% of this error is your new "good" EA app.
